Bliss is the real state of every human being. Bliss is the Ultimate goal of every one of us. “aanando brahmaethi vyajanath” affirms the ‘Upanishath’. All acts of human beings, either explicit or implicit, are aimed at attaining this Bliss. As such it is an open secret that MAN longs for Bliss. Unfortunately, Man of this millennium has forgotten his goal due to over mechanization. Due to the stresses and strains, man has started wearing a number of ‘masks’. He has even forgotten to laugh like an innocent child. This loss of innocence, purity in our hearts has strained human ‘relations’. Man has fallen prey to ‘satanic’ qualities such as selfishness, vengeance, jealousy, which are on the increase. As such a lot of people are living devoid of Bliss.
Living a life blessed with Bliss is the birth right of every individual. To live blissfully and allow others too to live blissfully is a great ‘human value’. Hence, His Holiness Sri Sri Swayamprakasha Sachidananda Saraswathi Swamiji has founded LIVE HAPPILY FOUNDATION (live blissfully).
The aims of this foundation are to guide every individual to lead a life of Bliss, duly realizing and en cashing his physical, psychological, intellectual and spiritual capacities wholly and completely. All those seekers of Bliss will get full co-operation and guidance from this foundation.
Projects undertaken:
A) GNANA JYOTHI SCHEME: Nothing is above “Knowledge” ( na hi gnanena sadrusam). Knowledge means to understand (of an area, subject, object etc) fully well. This knowledge is “the source of Bliss”. This scheme is to help the seeker to realize his capacities in this regard
To begin with, it is planned to sponsor one student each year and support him/her for full and higher Professional education. The student should have merit, willingness to pursue higher education and serve others. After full professional qualification, when the person starts earning, he/she should sponsor minimum one student for
higher professional education. This means, first year, we will be supporting one student, second year two students and at the fourth year four students. The intention is to trigger in the mind and to continue to light the ‘Gnana Jyothi’,
one ‘deepa’ lighting the other, the other another etc.
It is estimated that to support one student per year for higher professional course, it costs approximately Rs. 75,000 (Rupees Seventy five thousands per year), covering tuition, hostel and books etc.
B) AROGYA JYOTHI (Health Project).
While plans are on to develop an Ayurvedic Herbal farm, processing and formulation of basic Ayurvedic medicines, an Hospital with at least 20 beds-all these to serve all the people, to begin with, we have started and running the “Saraswathi Seva Hospital” at Hariharapura with basic Ayurvedic system for the past one year. ALN Rao Ayurvedic College and P.G.Research Center, Koppa provide the professional and medical support and other support is provided by the Trust. It costs monthly Rs.20,000/- in terms of Doctors, assistants and others salary and towards procuring medicines, and these are in turn provided at very minimum charges to patients. We have noted that this Hospital and its services are well received and this needs expansion and upgrading (like adding ‘clinical service lab’, extending the working time to full day etc)
C) ANANDA JYOTHI: All human beings are one and the same God lives in all of us. All of us are immortals. No one is a sinner. This awareness is to be kept alive forever. All can “LIVE HAPPILY” only, when everyone realizes this TRUTH.
Human beings can live happily only when they realize this Ultimate Truth through experience. When this has been realized, we can exhibit the inner strength, abilities and purity hidden in us. Salvation is possible only on realizing the DIVINITY in us. To realize this Divinity, “SAMYAK YOGA (Yoga as it is) DARSHANA”
education will be provided by the Foundation.
Simultaneously, it is planned to develop about 5 acres serene land on the banks of Tunga River at Hariharapura, a LEARNING CENTER, consisting of dedicated buildings and teaching and guidance facilities for Yoga, Mediation, ‘dhyana and other traditional learning and also to develop a “SPIRITUAL TOURISM CENTER’,
where there will be regular retreats to offer peaceful and natural environment to those, seeking peace and bliss. Architects are working taking into consideration all traditional requirements, to create such a master plan which will include ‘pyramid structures’, small and big ‘kutirs’ on the river bank for pursuing mediation and dhyana singly or in batches.
We invite and appeal to you, corporate entities, charitable trusts or philanthropic individuals to come forward and participate in these noble tasks by:
1. SARASWATHI SEVA HOSPITAL: Monthly Costs: Rs 20,000 (For Salary of Doctor, staff and medicines) You are welcome to support as (1) one month’s Doctor’s salary Rs.10,000/- (2) supply of medicines (Ayurvedic) Rs.10,000/-
2. Gnana Jyothi Scheme: To sponsor/share cost of one student for Professional
Higher Education each year.
Cost Per student per year: Rs 75,000 (Rupees seventy five thousand only)
Or you can support as follows:
* One month sponsorship Rs.5000/- per student
* One year tuition fee per student Rs.25,000/-
* One year food and accommodation per student:Rs.30,000/-
Apart from financial assistance, you are welcome to participate in the activities in any kind possible.
